Student FAQ

Questions Students Often Ask

Here are some common questions we hear from students. If you’re unsure about anything, you can always ask your teacher or a 3 Crown Esports staff member.

Do I have to be “good” at games to benefit from this?

No. The sessions are not only about winning games. They’re about understanding the industry, learning about careers, and discovering how your interests can connect with future opportunities.

Will my face or gameplay be recorded?

Sometimes we capture photos or short clips for educational and promotional purposes. This is always done in line with school rules and consent from the school and/or parents/guardians. You can speak to a teacher if you do not want to be filmed.

Can I contact 3 Crown Esports directly as a student?

For most issues, you should first speak to your teacher or school contact. For serious concerns or safeguarding issues, your parents/guardians or school can reach us using the contact details on the Resources page.

How can I get more involved in esports or gaming careers?

Start small: join or start school clubs, learn basic video editing, explore free online courses (with your parents’/guardians’ knowledge), and focus on building good habits in teamwork, communication and discipline.
