Volunteers are the heartbeat of NEC and the School Esports Education Tour. From logistics to media, every role helps us build a smoother, safer and more inspiring experience for players and students.
NEC-specific volunteer shifts will open later; current applications focus on the School Tour and general interest.

The Nigerian Esports Cup (NEC) is not currently affiliated with any government agency or ministry. However, we are open to forming strategic partnerships with recognized governmental bodies in the future. NEC is fully hosted and managed by 3 Crown Esports.
No. Experience is helpful but not required. We welcome people who are eager to learn, support the events, and treat students and players with respect.
Most roles are volunteer-based. Some specialized roles may receive stipends depending on state, responsibilities and partner agreements.
