Organizing Partners are esports organizations that join 3 Crown Esports in planning, operating, and scaling NEC. They become part of the official organizing team with profit participation, access to operations, and long-term influence on the event’s direction.

  • Participate in joint planning and decision-making.
  • Access operational documents and event playbooks.
  • Hold roles in key event departments (production, logistics, media, etc.).
  • Priority involvement in future NEC editions.

Requirements & Limited Seats

Organizing Partner slots are limited and reserved for serious, active organizations that can help elevate the national esports ecosystem.

  • Legally registered company in Nigeria (CAC-registered).
  • Financial contribution towards the NEC event budget (ownership stake and revenue rights).
  • Track record in hosting, co-hosting, or supporting esports competitions and communities.
  • Commitment to NEC standards, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Ability to provide operational strength (staffing, logistics, media, community, etc.).

Only 3 Organizing Partner seats are available, collectively holding 65% of the profit share pool allocated to organizers. Distribution can be equal or weighted based on contribution and scope.
