Right now we’re mainly onboarding volunteers for the School Esports Education Tour across Nigeria. NEC volunteering will open closer to the event date, and you can join a waitlist from this page.

Where We’re Recruiting From

School Tour volunteers are welcome from any state in Nigeria. As the tour schedule expands we’ll match volunteers to nearby schools and events.

    You’ll work as part of a team led by staff and experienced volunteers.

    Ask questions early.

    Let the team know if you’re unsure about anything or can’t attend.

Volunteers may be asked for ID or additional checks, depending on venue and local regulations.

Role Areas for Volunteers

Volunteers help us run safe, welcoming and well-organised experiences for students and players. These are the main areas you can be assigned to, depending on your skills and the event needs.

Event Support

Event Support & Logistics

Helping set up venues, manage queues, guide students and support school staff during sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Room / stage setup and pack-down
  • Registration & student flow
  • Supporting teachers during sessions
Media & Content

Photo, Video & Social Content

Capturing moments during NEC or the School Tour, following all consent and safeguarding rules.

Responsibilities

  • On-site photo & video (where permitted)
  • Short-form social content assistance
  • Consent-aware, student-safe content creation
Community

Community & Player Support

Welcoming students, answering questions, assisting teachers, and keeping the environment friendly.

Responsibilities

  • Front-of-house & info points
  • Helping students find groups
  • Flagging safeguarding concerns

Volunteers must be 18+ or work under the supervision of school staff, and may be required to provide ID or complete additional checks, depending on local regulations and venue rules.
